All fresh meat must be picked up at our facility. Our beef is USDA choice grade or highter and for your convenience, all steaks are individually packed and quick frozen. We also have fresh cut steaks at your request but you must call ahead for orders of steaks that are not packed and frozen. Steaks are also sold individually.
